This brand new Deluxe private property offers everything large groups or families might need to enjoy a truly luxurious Airbnb Experience while traveling to Bali.
It offers 4 spacious bedrooms (which can accommodate 8 people, +2 extra guests for which we would be providing extra single beds), each equipped with a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, AC, a closet with safety box, and its own private ensuite bathroom.
The open-air concept living room is very spacious, and has a comfortable living area, along with a fully equipped kitchen (perfect to cook, or have someone cook for you, any kind of meals) and its dining table.
The tropical garden is where you will find the large private swimming pool, surrounded by a deck and some bean bags to relax on and work on your tan after a long day out shopping or exploring all the Island has to offer.
Villa Laut is also fully staffed with daily cleaning 6 day per week, pool & garden maintenance 2/3 times per week, and provides a wide range of Concierge services from breakfast upon request to private cook, car rentals to massages at the villa and more.
Finally, this exquisite private villa is ideally located within walking distance to the beach of Seseh, and a short drive away from the trendy Batu Bolong and Berawa neighborhoods.

Lovely villa

I booked this villa for its proximity to wedding celebrations we were attending. The villa presents as clean and tidy. Amenities were provided and good. Overall we had a good stay at Villa Laut. Having been to Bali many times this was our first time in Canggu …I wouldn’t go there again…it was a little isolated for my liking and surroundings were limited.

Cancellation without any notice!

The owner has cancelled the day of arrival our stay. I requested him to know if it would be possible to cancel or shorten the stay due to a family issue. He told me he could do that but I need to confirm to them. I confirmed to them that I will simply shorten the stay. They didn't read my email in 48 hours, and the concierge told us that some other guests have checked in!!! The host has proposed us an inadequate solution with 2 x 2 bedrooms villas to accommodate us, which we refused. We ended up being without any villas or hotel in Bali for 6 hours, looking for a place to stay!
