This beautifully decorated Topaz Patio Villa Includes all new modern designer furnishing, washer/dryer, 55" Visio Smart TV in living room and master bedroom, High-Speed Internet included. TV is Streaming enabled, so bring your Fire Stick, Apple TV, or Roku. Small desk in the kitchen. The king bed in the master and queen in a guest room. Kitchen included Coffee maker, k-cups coffee, toaster, knife set, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, spices and other kitchen essentials. Complete with extra bed linens and towels. Large 2 car garage. All quoted rent and fees are based on 1 or 2-person occupancy. This is a Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping home. Small dog is allowed.
Location and Amenities: New Patio Villa is located in Moultrie Creek in the new Eastport Area. The Saluki Recreation Center with a resort style pool is 2 minutes away (2 adult pools 3 min away) You're also walking distance from the Middleton High School sports facilities where you can watch football, baseball, and softball games. The new Shallow Creek Championship golf course is a mile away by golf cart. The course has a beautiful new restaurant called Boosters Bar & Grill that just opened in September. You're 4 miles away from the Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course and the Sawgrass Entertainment Center and Market. Adjacent to Sawgrass is the Ezell Recreation Center with a 10-lane sports pool. The new executive course Laurel Oaks just opened only 3 miles away. It features the longest executive par 4 in The Villages. Magnolia Plaza featuring Publix, 7-Eleven, Willie Jewell's BBQ, Reveille Cafe, McDonald's, Foxtail Coffee, Kelly's Ice Cream, China Chef and other amenities is a 10-minute car ride away. Perfect for our group!

We had a wonderful experience in this new home! It was perfectly convenient for our needs in the neighborhood as we were purchasing a home just six minutes down the road. Our hosts “V” and Keith were especially wonderful and responsive to our needs. They went out and bought a teapot for us the first day and came over to address an issue with the Internet. Everything was corrected very quickly, and we had no further issues with this house. It was all very comfortable and nicely appointed! I look forward to finally moving there, and counting on having ready, made friends that we can depend on! Thanks again V and Keith see you again soon!
