This delightful property boasts three bedrooms, providing ample space for a comfortable stay, perfect for families or groups visiting to watch their grandkids sports games, or to celebrate their graduation! This Home is Centrally Located and is within 5 minutes from locations such as: The Villages Charter Highschool and it's stadiums, The Tracy Performing Arts Center, and East Port Town Square.



The Space:

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore all that Moultrie Creek Village has to offer!



Bedrooms:



Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a queen bed. You'll enjoy having access to your own bathroom and walk in closet.



Bedroom 2 & 3: Offers a very comfortable queen bed, and 2 twin sized bed. Perfect for older children and younger alike!



Bathrooms:



Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so both can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower!



Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!

Getting around The Villages Retreat is easy! While the property offers free parking in the garage and on the street, you'll find convenient access to local amenities and attractions. The Villages is primarily a golf cart community, and many destinations are just a short golf cart ride away. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive. Consider using ride-sharing services or renting a car for exploring the surrounding areas. Public transportation options within The Villages are limited, so a personal vehicle or golf cart is recommended for the best experience.

This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!

This rental is not able to accommodate commercial vehicles or vehicles greater than 3/4 a ton. Unfortunately the neighbors care quite a bit about this particular rule, and there is an ordinance stating this within the villages HOA.

This is perfect if you are staying in the villages to visit with friends or family. Super clean house. Was just what we needed. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio in the evening. The host was great and quickly responded to any questions.
