In the district of Veglio 500 m from the centre of Cerano Intelvi, 7.5 km from the centre of Argegno, 28 km from the centre of Como, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 7.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 6'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 200 m long steep motor access to the grounds. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
