This is a farmhouse with large bay windows, very peaceful, not overlooked by any neighbour, with view of the mountains, at 2 km from the centre of CĂ©ret, vast landscaped park bordered by an irrigation canal, with a 300 sq. m deck and a 12m x 5m pool. It is close to Spain, the beaches, lake, the Oriental Pyrenees attraction, and 30 minutes from the Perpignan airport. It is perfect for a group of friends or large families.

Lovely villa in a great area

Great space to enable different groups to do their own thing. Fantastic pool, and kitchen. (Found electric gate a bit hard to use-but appreciated the secutiry for cars and motorbikes).

Brilliant for families, Great location, Amazing pool

13 of us stayed - 11 to 70. We loved it. Pictures don't do it justice. Bigger than we expected. Well equipped with new big gas BBQ. They need to get someone to take some newer pro pics to really show it off. Wifi was fast and very good - best I've experienced in France. 4G strong reception on phones. TV new and massive and tech perfect for kids but they mainly spent time outside in the pool and garden. There was plenty kitchen kit. 2 fridges and a separate freezer. It's about 5 mins in a car from CĂ©ret. Beach is about 30 mins away. Mountains to the rear. We slept 6 adults and 7 kids easily.

Relaxing, homely, well appointed.

As a group of friends we rode our motorbikes down on holiday from the UK and were very impressed with the layout and standard of the property. Security was addressed by an electronic gate and plenty parking for all 12 of us. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, the cooking and eating was easily catered for with outside furniture, as well as a large indoor dining table and superb galley kitchen. All mod cons were included, including Netflix and internet to cater for the odd rainy day. The pool was a little chilly, it was October after all, but with Ceret on our doorstep and a beautiful region to explore we had much to do. Would definitely recommend this property and owner for groups of friends and families.

Gorgeous property in a gorgeous location!

I cannot recommend this renovated Catalan farmhouse enough! My family and I spent a week in this beautiful house just outside of the charming village of Ceret. The house itself has every home comfort and more whilst the pool and garden (complete with hammock!) were perfect for lazy days and the odd game of table tennis for those of us who had more energy than others! It's fabulous location ensured we were close to beautiful beaches and gorgeous villages and with Ceret itself on your doorstep there is so much to explore. We highly recommend the Museum of Modern Art - we were lucky enough to see the Dali exhibition - the Museum of Musical Instruments, a visit to the Pont de Diable (do read up on the legend of how the devil built the bridge), and a trip to the monastery with it's incredible views are a must. The Saturday market is definitely worth a visit and we visited the local patisseries on a number of occasions! A huge thank you must go to Franck who patiently waited for us at the property when we first arrived despite taking much longer than anticipated due to the traffic (and, ahem, getting slightly lost!) and the gardener who picked us fresh Green Gages from the garden - they were delicious! We had the perfect week and can't wait to return!

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans la villa 1 semaine en famille de 13 personnes dont 4 enfants.Nous y avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able.La maison dispose d’une superbe piscine et de trĂšs beaux espaces extĂ©rieurs comme intĂ©rieurs, notamment la terrasse, le jardin et le sĂ©jour. La cuisine est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e tout comme le reste de la maison.La dimension de la piscine permet Ă  tout le monde de pouvoir se baigner et d’avoir son espace.Cependant, quelques points Ă  revoir quant Ă  la propretĂ© de la maison (beaucoup de toiles, d’araignĂ©es, poussiĂšre etc
)De plus, dans la chambre parentale situĂ©e au sous sol , la literie est Ă  revoir, la chambre dispose de 2 lits simples, plus prĂ©cisĂ©ment des sommiers dont les lattes n’ont pas cessĂ© de se retirer pendant la nuit.Etant enceinte de 6 mois, nous avons dĂ» retirer les sommiers et mettre les matelas Ă  mĂȘme le sol afin d’éviter toutes complications car ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ©e en sursaut plusieurs fois dans la nuit par des lattes qui tombent une Ă  une n’est pas vraiment apprĂ©ciable, les matelas de cette chambre mĂ©riteraient Ă©galement d’ĂȘtre changĂ©s, ils sont creux.Toutefois, si vous souhaitez passer un agrĂ©able moment en famille dans un endroit reposant, nous vous recommandons cette villa. Franck est trĂšs sympa !

El lugar y la casa nos han gustado mucho, los niños han jugado mucho en el jardĂ­n. La comunicaciĂłn ha sido muy fĂĄcil y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitĂĄbamos. Lo Ășnico que se podrĂ­a mejorar es el lavaplatos que no funcionaba bien y la limpieza de la cocina. Todo lo demĂĄs nos gustĂł mucho. Para repetir!

Bij aankomst was het huis verre van proper zodat we onze eerste uren konden spenderen aan afwassen van keukenmateriaal en keukenkasten, poetsen van terrasstoelen ophangen van schaduwdoeken.... Verder heeft het huis echt een grondige vernieuwing nodig voor deze prijklasse, lekkende douches, verouderde badkamermeubels, losliggende en omhoogstekende terrasplanken, verouderde bedden, geen schaduw aan het zwembad, geen stoppen in de afwasbakken ... Het huis heeft wel mooie ruimtes, veel keuennmateriaal, grote tuin en terras en leent zich voor een verblijf met 3 gezinnen en is niet ver gelegen van CĂ©ret waar je alles kan vinden van winkels, bakkers en leuke resaurants. Ondanks de minpunten hebben we een hele leuke vakantie gehad!

Agréable maison pour famille avec enfants

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© cette maison pour ses grands espaces de vie, le salon et la salle Ă  manger avec ce magnifique poĂȘle Ă  bois ! D’oĂč une chaleur trĂšs agrĂ©able y compris dans la mezzanine que les plus petits ont bien aimĂ©e . Cuisine vaste et bien Ă©quipĂ©e Point trĂšs positif , les grandes baies vitrĂ©es donnant sur la terrasse oĂč nous avons pu prendre des repas ! Le jardin vaste , belle vĂ©gĂ©tation , jeux d’enfants et pas de vis Ă  vis , trĂšs tranquille . Un point nĂ©gatif cependant , le mĂ©nage assez nĂ©gligĂ© ...

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage, aber seit Jahren schlecht gepflegt

Haus war schlecht gereinigt (Hundehaare ĂŒberall). Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss rochen sehr schimmelig, man ekelte sich. Matratzen und unters Bett schaut man besser nicht... Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnzimmer schön und gerĂ€umig, KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Pool war verdreckt und auch wurde auch auf Reklamation schlecht gesĂ€ubert. Filteranlage funktioniert kaum. Garten schön, aber kaum gepflegt. FĂŒr diesen hohen Preis erwartet man bessere Pflege und Zustand! Erdgeschoss sanierungsbedĂŒrftig.

Bon séjour dans cette villa catalane.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  10 adultes dans cette maison du 11 au 21 septembre 2022. A notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Franck qui nous a donnĂ© diverses indications sur la maison et plusieurs conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre sĂ©jour. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La terrasse est immense et bien pourvue en mobilier de jardin. Elle est situĂ©e en zone rurale dans un quartier calme. Le jardin est trĂšs vaste. Cependant, quelques points (non essentiels) seraient Ă  amĂ©liorer pour maintenir le standing de cette location : - l'eau de la piscine est restĂ©e trouble pendant tout le sĂ©jour malgrĂ© l'intervention de Franck qui a remplacĂ© le robot dĂ©fectueux. - MalgrĂ© la prĂ©sence d'ombriĂšres, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse aux heures chaudes de la journĂ©e. Peut-ĂȘtre faudrait-il prĂ©voir de grands parasols ou un autre dispositif ? - le lambris de la terrasse est bien fatiguĂ© : certaines lattes s'affaissent, d'autres au contraire se soulĂšvent. - Peut-ĂȘtre envisager la climatisation dans la piĂšce de vie du fait de l'absence de volets. Des patins sous les chaises seraient nĂ©cessaires pour supprimer le bruit grinçant en dĂ©plaçant les chaises. Nous n'avons pas trouvĂ© d'ouvre boĂźtes manuel. MalgrĂ© ces dĂ©tails, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. 10 amis.
