Lack of AC

It started with the check in process. The host said there was technical glitches, The boxes were mechanical??The keys were placed in a lock box that did not work. Also the lock boxes were placed in difficult to find location. Once we finally got in there was no AC. They put in two portable units that were useless because they need to be vented outside which would require to open door to place vents which would let bugs in. I feel as though they knew the AC wasn't working but did not let me know till I checked in. At least give me the option to find another place.

Beautiful, Modern Property

The unit we stayed in was modern and well equipped with great amenities. The communication with the host(s) was excellent!
