Exquisitely refurbished farmhouse, conveniently situated only a 4-minute drive from both the lake and the charming town of Cernobbio. This villa offers stunning lake vistas from the expansive sun deck adjoining each bedroom, as well as from the spacious yard adorned with olive, pomegranate, and cherry trees. The property features a delightful shaded pergola, ideal for al fresco dining with loved ones. Inside, the house boasts a roomy living area, complemented by a convenient parking space.

The living space is an open concept, offering captivating views of Lake Como. It encompasses a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a functional workspace, and a well-appointed kitchen. The upper floor constitutes the sleeping quarters, featuring three bedrooms, each equipped with its private en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, excluding the single bedroom. In one of the queen bedrooms, there's an additional single sofa bed located in the loft area.

Overall. Property was nice. Views were nice. The issues were the directions to the property were hard to understand and you couldn’t use GPS to get there. The streets up the property were steep and very winding.the bigger issues was that it was NOT at all convenient for my 83 old mother to get to the house which I asked the propriety manager about repeatedly when we inquired about the property initially. The stairway (no handrail) for her was not at all safe for someone with mobility issues and there was no bedroom on first level which we were lead to believe. So not the best stay for my family due to these concerns- just want people To be trusted when booking these places- it’s disappointing.

The View is Undescribable

Jennifer and Nico were wonderful to work with and helped with any needs. The property is amazing, comfortable, well-appointed, and just overall beautiful. The view from the front yard, dining room, living area, and upper deck is amazing. The kitchen fits all your needs, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. It is a nice walk to town but as the temperature rises it can be a trek back up the hill. There is a bus that we used one time and it drops off not far from the house. We had a car and it was worth it. I really hope were are able to come back to this beautiful home and town in the near future.
