Very beautiful country house "Il Casolarino", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture.
