On the first floor of Villa Norma, a lovely semi-detached house, the apartment has 5 beds, and consists of 2 bedrooms (double + triple), 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room / living room with double sofa bed (only for use occasional), Wi-Fi, 32 ”satellite LCD TV, 19" LCD terrestrial TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, 2 parking spaces, and also has a balcony with dining table and awning, independent entrance with front courtyard , internal staircase of about 20 steps. The beach (100 m) is accessed without crossings and the center of Milano Marittima is only 200 m, shops, restaurants, clubs and services in the immediate vicinity. Conventioned swimming pool 100 m. (for a fee). Bed linen and towels provided for a fee. Pets allowed at the owner's discretion. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Villa Norma, Milano Marittima.

This is a first class apartment where everything worked well and is as described on the website. Cinzia was very helpful before and after our stay and there was no need to contact her after she met us on arrival. It was cool in the evenings when we were there and the radiators kept us warm. The location was perfect being close to the beach and to the centre of town and quiet at night. We found everyone in the area were very friendly and helpful.

Cinzia was a perfect host, she was so welcoming and friendly. We really had all we needed in the beautiful appartement. It was really close to the beach, to restaurants, to the city of cervia. For our three kids it was perfect too. There are games in the appartement and you can easily walk to the beach. The promenade next to the beach was perfect for running, biking or other sports.We are looking forward to come back soon.Thanks for everything Cinzia!
