Outdated and not like advertised photos. Staff overcharged for parking and were rude, hostile and threatening and personally attacked when we left our first Expedia review. Very disappointed that a standard review on check in identified us and resulted in us being harassed and threatened by owner. The most unprofessional and worst hotel experience in 30 years of travel.

Personnel désagréable, on ne peut pas sortir la voiture du parking quand on veut, il faut prevenir la reception 20 mins avant parce que les voitures sont entassés les unes derrière les autres dans le parking a 15euros la nuit... autant se stationner dehors au cas ou il y a une urgence. On n'a pas le droit a un deuxième café au petit dejeuner.... alors que c'est censé etre un buffet volonté. On est pas sur un service 4 etoiles. Et Mary la réceptionniste qui parait gentille au debut, vous prend de haut. Et il faut payer la totalité de chambre des l'arrivée, et cest demandé tres désagréablement. Plus jamais.

Su Expedia l hotel aveva un ottimo prezzo. Contattata la struttura volevano vendermi la stanza ad in prezzo più alto ; alla fine sono riusciti nell intento addebitandomi un extra di 10 euro a notte per il cane .

Con tutto il rispetto verso le persone della terza età ma un hotel di 4 stelle non si può presentare con una receptionist del genere !!! La camera molto bella però i materassi assolutamente da cambiare con urgenza !!!

Struttura in posizione buona vicino al centro e spiaggia ma servizi pessimi , parcheggio inesistente , camera pulita ma piccolissima (9mq) senza nulla !! bollitore dell'acqua appoggiato sulla scrivania senza un bicchiere , senza una tazzina , senza una bustina di the , senza nulla , frigobar completamente vuoto , neanche una bottiglietta di acqua di cortesia (15 centesimi) , per essere un 4 stelle servizio molto deludente , consiglierei ai gestori di farsi una vacanza in un qualsiasi altro 4 stelle del mondo per vedere i servizi che offrono e capire cosa vuol dire 4 stelle .

Hotel con pochissimi posti auto a pagamento.. posto in zona vicino al centro, dove ora i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento.. quindi si sprecano ore alla ricerca di un posteggio.. camere piccole e.. senza armadio! Camera non rifatta in tutta la giornata, giustificata con ‘abbiamo avuto un problema con le partenze’ difficilmente 2 persone potranno fare 60 camere, incluse le partenze.. appena arrivi al check-in ti chiedono di saldare il conto.. poco carino direi come benvenuto, considerando che siano stati più volte qui, (abbiamo sempre pagato 😄) non ci torneremo più.
