Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit schönem Pool und guten Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Der Strand ist in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleinere Mängel sind Ungenauigkeiten im Inserat. Bei uns gab es nur 3 statt der 5 Fahrräder (für uns nicht schlimm) und der Gemeinschaftspool durfte nicht mehr benutzt werden (wollten wir eh nicht- hatten ja unseren eigenen). Außerdem war in einem der Zimmer das Bett am Zusammenbrechen. Die Betten sind insgesamt nicht die größten und bequemsten. Aber alles in allem war das Haus schön.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die fussläufige Nähe zum Sandstrand sind traumhaft. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine zentrale Lage für Ausflüge sind gegeben.

Überteuert, Schmutzig, Reparaturbedürftig

Definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Haus! Strandnähe ist leider auch nicht in 150m wie beschrieben sowie weitere Versprechen welche nicht gehalten wurden. Zusätzlich war die Außenanlage leider mit Tierhaaren und Rattenkot verschmutzt. Viele Dinge sind reparaturbedürftig und nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Für uns war der Preis pro Nacht nicht der gebotenen Qualität angemessen. Wir hatten mit dem Hausmeister ein gutes Gespräch bei der Begehung und Besichtigung der Missstände aber der Hausbesitzer ist nur auf Profit und blöde Rederei aus.

Schöne Ferien! Herzlichen Dank!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Ganz im Zeichen von Meer, Strand, Pool, Spielen und Entspannung. Wir waren zwei Familien, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 5 bis 10 Jahren.) Die Innen- und Außenbereiche waren ausgezeichnet, geräumig, gut gepflegt und sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben das Schwimmbad und die anderen Freizeiteinrichtungen sehr genossen, insbesondere die Tischtennisplatte und die Tennisplätze. Vielen Dank für den Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir können die Immobilie sehr empfehlen.Beachten Sie jedoch, dass bestimmte Angaben in der Beschreibung nicht mehr aktuell sind. Der Bauernhof mit Tieren existiert nicht mehr. Wir raten den Eigentümern, die Anzeige zu korrigieren. Alles an der Unterkunft ist nach wie vor gültig.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem kleinen Schmuckstück an der korsischen Ostküste. Meer, Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die schöne Außenanlage, der Pool, der Grill laden zum Entspannen ein.

Annonce mensongère

Nous venons de passer 12 jours en Aout 2021 dans cette location. Annonce mensongère, soit disant 4 étoiles et entièrement rénovée, nous en sommes très loin. Le prix n'est pas la hauteur de la prestation Mobilier très vétuste et maison encombrée des affaires personnelles de l'occupante à l'année. 2 Salles de bain vétustes (douche toute jaunie dans les coins et joints, baignoire dont le fond est totalement abimé). Prises électriques peu sécurisées. Beaucoup de dysfonctionnements: l'ensemble des canalisations s'est bouché dès le début de notre séjour, au point que tout est remonté par les toilettes de la salle de bain qui ont débordé. Le chauffe eau est tombé en panne, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau chaude. Mais cela n'est pas un problème selon la propriétaire..... Le portail ne ferme plus car la butée est cassée, ainsi nous partions chaque jour en laissant le portail grand ouvert (pas terrible niveau sécurité). Concernant la climatisation, un seul bloc de clim dans la salle à manger, sinon il faut se contenter de ventilateur dans les chambres. Pour le linge de maison: draps tachés et serviettes de bain grisâtres qui mériteraient d'être changées. En guise de 1er petit déjeuner fourni: quelques dosettes de café.... Photos non actualisées, en effet au regard de la végétation extérieure, on voit bien que les photos ont peut être une dizaine d'années. Mais le gros point noir et ce pourquoi nous avions payé si cher cette location, est la piscine: celle-ci fuit (problème connu par la propriétaire mais non réglé cet été) et donc elle se remplie chaque jour d'eau froide (niveau écologie à revoir), température de l'eau 20 degrés en Corse......la mer est bien plus chaude. De plus, entretien quasi inexistant, la piscine était donc verte et l'eau croupie. Ainsi, nous n'avons presque pas pu nous baigner dedans. Si nous avions su que nous ne pouvions pas nous baigner, nous aurions pris une maison sans piscine et économiser 1000 à 1500€ La propriétaire pense que nous sommes trop tatillons, les photos que j'ai prise attestent de la vétusté de la maison.

Super séjour !

Dannie est une propriétaire aux petits soins, disponible et de bons conseils. La maison est bien équipée et très bien située, la plage est accessible à pied et super pour les enfants. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille et entre amis au calme loin de la cohue. La localisation nous a permis d aller faire un tour dans Le Cap Corse ainsi que sur la magnifique plage de palombagia. Bref nous y retournerons les yeux fermés !!!!!

Super maison, très agréable

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette superbe maison, la propriétaire est très gentille, à l'écoute, prend du temps pour répondre aux questions. La maison est propre, agréable, avec la piscine que les enfants ont adoré ! Il y a beaucoup d'espace avec le jardin. La mer est à 5 min à pied ainsi qu'un superbe restaurant. On recommande pour de belles vacances en famille ou entre amis !

Perfect venue for 3 couples!

It was everything promised and more!The location was beautiful. We enjoyed the warm sun as we sat around the pool and sipped coffee in the morning.The serene and beautiful golf course was the perfect back drop. Everyone was impressed with the house and amenities. The pictures online were right on! It is often difficult to find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate our guests. This location is a gem! The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Thank you James for being so easy to work with!

Je ne retourne pas dans cette maison. Oui à la région:-)

Maison : - Le mobilier : villeux et ça dégringole. Fort odeur enfermé dans la maison. - Les armoires : odeur très forte renfermée, très peu d’étagère, remplis déjà de bcp d’objet. - Les lits : Très petits. Mon mari 185 cm dépassait de n’importe quel lit. Un petit lit double dans une des chambres grince bcp. Les matelas sont durs. Les oreillers sont très fins. - Cuisine : Des casseroles sont soit trop petit, soit trop grand. Les couverts sont tellement vieux et usé que vous sentez le goût de métal dans la bouche. - Deux salles de bain : L’attache d’une des douches des salles de bain était complètement cassée. Le couple propriétaire l’a changé. Dans l’autre salle de bain, le robinet qui a tellement fuite d’eau que le débit de douche est très bas. - Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres : ils ont des trous par ci par là. La moustiquaire d’une des chambres ne fermait même pas ! Comportements des propriétaires: On était deux couples. Les propriétaires de cette maison nous ont bien accueille le premier jour, sans nous faire aucun état des lieux de la maison. Quelques jours plus tard, ils ont débarqué sans nous averti en ouvrant la porte et en se pointant au beau milieu de la maison. Ce jour-là, ils commencent à faire le tour de la maison. A peine d’arriver, ils ont commencé à rabattre les coussins du mobilier de jardin. Ils ont vu un trou sur une des chaises et ils ont tenu fermement que c’est nous qui a fait le trou et qu’on doit payer l’ensemble de mobilier ! Nous avons souligné plusieurs dysfonctionnements de la maison. Ils se sont montrés très relaxe face à ce qu’on soulignait et normalisant tous les dysfonctionnements. Pour la moustiquaire, ils allaient le réparer l’année prochaine et pour le robinet, il ne fallait pas qu’on exagère! Je cite le monsieur : « C’est de l’eau, ça vient de la nature et ça part dans la nature ! ». Pour leur souper dans leur ferme, on a débarqué l’heure convenu. On a poiroté 30 minutes avant qu’ils arrivent. Alors que ma famille et moi, on a décidé de partir, le couple propriétaire est arrivé. Je suis allée vers eux pour leur dire que ce n’est pas sympa de nous faire poiroter autant. Mais voilà que c’est nous qui a trompé l’heure de rendez-vous et qu’ils étaient parfaitement à l’heure ! Bref, Je peux donner encore plein d’exemple comme ça. Face à ce couple, le couple d’ami a joué le flic gentil et moi le flic méchant pour qu’on puisse en finir avec ce couple. J’écris des faits pour que vous jugiez par vous-même.

Great Rental & Property Manager

My family and I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had our 1 year old son with us and James was more than accommodating for his needs. The house is in a quiet gated community and backs right up to the 18th hole at Pinnacle Peak Country Club. Large windows bring great light into the house and the Sonos system, kitchen, master bedroom/bath are also high quality. James is top notch and not a typical property management company. He cares and you will see that when you rent this place!

Stunning home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for me and my family. The open-plan living and top-end finishes/appliances really exuded luxury. The host was super easy to communicate with and helped us throughout our stay. His local knowledge was amazing. Spectacular home - we’re blown away!

Wow, we really loved staying at this property - the place took our breath away! The great room and kitchen area were really spectacularly designed - gorgeous floors and new appliances really made cooking/serving dinner perfect! We loved everything about the house - the beds were super luxe, couches super comfy, and the pool was sublime. We also loved how close it was to the golf course - this is perfect for families who demand luxury at a reasonable price. James was also a terrific host and provided us with everything we needed. Will definitely return to stay here!!

Definitely 5* AMAZING PROPERTY

Amazing communication from the owner James. We were a group of friends and the property was everything we wanted and more. The house had hotel like amenities and the setup was perfect for our group, with soaps left out and ample towels and amenities to make it feel like we were in a 5* hotel. We couldn't have asked for more. We needed help with the awning and James came over right away and showed us exactly how to use it. It's nice when you stay at a VRBO where there is so much care taken to make you feel at home. The property really was amazing, a rare find. The listing description doesn't lie. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone; a group of friends or family looking to enjoy the property and Scottsdale. The location is amazing. It's near everything we wanted; shopping, bars, grocery stores and far more. It sits right on the golf course, with amazing views. Next time we're in town we can't wait to stay here again. 5*.

Wonderful relaxing break!

We spent a lovely week at Danie and Jacques' beautiful property this August. We arrived a little early but Danie and Jacques were so welcoming and accommodating. The house was immaculate with a really well equipped kitchen. The jewel in the crown was the swimming pool which is a really good size. The weather was scorching so we spent the majority of the week either in the pool or relaxing beside it on one of the many loungers or chairs available. The air conditioning unit in the living area made for very pleasant evenings - there were no aircon units or fans in the bedrooms so the night heat was quite intense, but we were there at the hottest time of the year. Within walking distance are a number of very nice restaurants, some right on the beach. We didn't make use of the larger communal pool, volleyball or tennis courts but it is great that these facilities are available. Thank you Danie and Jacques for a delightful holiday - a highly recommended property!

La description de la location est très précise. Nous avons trouvé facilement. Maison très propre et joliment décorée. Les extérieurs avec la piscine et ses transats (assez pour tous), le coin salon pour de superbes apéros avec nos amis et le coin repas juste devant la cuisine. Tout confort et très calme. Super accueil des propriétaires . Ils nous ont conseillé sur certaines activités et ballades. On n'a pas était déçu. La plage est tout près a pieds. C'était le top. Nous avons trouvé très facilement cette maison. La description de la localisation et sa situation était très précise. La location très propre et bien entretenue. Nous acons reçu de très bon conseil des propriétaires Très bon accueil ! Très calme ! Tout confort ! pratique à tous les niveaux. Un plus : les propriétaires ont une ferme et nous avons profité de leur produits naturels frais qu'ils vendent. Nous avons eu la possibilité de voir leurs animaux. Nous avons mangé au restaurant près de la plage à 5 mn à pieds (qualité prix impeccable !) Le petit super marché à 10 mn à pieds vend de très bon produit locaux et autres. J'ai vu à une demi heure de route une magnifique cascade ou l'on peut se baigner dans une bassine naturelle. Nous reviendrons surement mais en meilleure saison afin de pouvoir nous baigner et profiter du soleil d'été. Nous avons visité des lieux magnifiques à moins d'1 h de route. Je recommande cette location à mes amis et connaissance.
