For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
