The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and toilet on this level. Electric heating is available throughout the house.

The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), and another with two bunk beds (140 cm wide, 190 cm long).
