Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Waking up to a view of the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church, and the entire historic center. A design apartment with luxurious furnishings and a homely feel. Free parking right by the house, 10 minutes on foot to the center. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic starts practically at the door.

The Space
Seventy square metres of thoughtfully renovated space on the ground floor of a family house. The location does what no interior design can: through your window, Český Krumlov Castle rises above the rooftops the same way it has for seven centuries.

Kitchen — Fully equipped for anything from morning espresso to a real dinner. Induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso. We're happy to recommend the best tables in town if you'd rather let someone else cook.

Living room — A small library of classics in several languages for evenings you'd rather read than stream. Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi for when you would. Stone chess for the romantics.

Bedroom — 160 × 200 cm double bed, blackout curtains, rocking chair, small desk. Nothing superfluous — just space to rest properly.

Bathroom — Modern shower, towels and toiletries included.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is yours. Entry via the shared hallway from the street-level door (always locked — key provided on arrival). Please keep the entrance locked when entering or leaving. Other parts of the house are private and under camera surveillance.

Other Things to Note
Maximum 2 guests - adults only. No pets. We arrange parking directly in front of the house for every arrival — it's a public spot so we can't guarantee it, but it has always worked out. Castle gardens 2 minutes on foot, town square about 10.

The entire apartment is fully available to our guests. The entrance is from the shared hallway on the ground floor of the house. The main entrance from the street is always locked; upon arrival, guests will receive a key. For everyone’s safety, please make sure to always close and lock the main entrance door when entering or leaving the house.

Guests may use the part of the shared hallway leading from the main entrance to the apartment door. Please note that other areas of the house are not accessible to guests and are under camera surveillance. Thank you for reading and respecting our house rules.

The apartment is part of a family house, so there is usually someone from our family at home, happy to help or give advice. We are also always available via the Airbnb chat, and you can reach us by phone as well. Our number is listed in the guest information folder in the apartment’s kitchen.

Our apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is part of a family house, and we believe that mutual respect, following the house rules, and consideration for others ensure a pleasant and undisturbed stay.
