Odada balkon olmasını beklemiyordum ama çamaşır kurutmak için aşkı bile yoktu. Oteldekilerin tavırları hiç hoş değildi özellikle bayanın. Ters tavırlar sergiledi. Bahçede havuzda iken devamlı onlarda bahçede oturuyorlar ve sanki bize baskı uygulaniyor. Sevmedim

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Chloe hotel. The staff were amazing and the hotel was awesome. I do not have anything negative to say I would highly recommend this place.

Arkadaşımla beraber 2 gün konakladığımız bu otelden pek memnun kalmadık. Özellikle temizlik konusunda oldukça kötüydü. Gece tuvalette hamam böceği görüp ertesi sabah bunu söylediğimizde verilen tepki çok kabaydı. “Bahçeli bir yer tabi ki böyle bir şey olur ee ne yapalım “ şeklindeki tavır çok çirkindi. Çözüm üretme konusunda oldukça zayıflar ve en önemlisi üslup hiç hoş değildi. Aynı şekilde arkadaşım temiz havlu istediğinde 2 günde bir veriliyor veremeyiz havuzda kullanılan havluyu verebileceklerini söyleyip sonradan temiz bir havlu temin ettiler. Özellikle alaçatıda butik otellerde çok kalan biri olarak söyleyebilirim ki hizmet gerçekten çok kötü

Memnun kalmadık

Öncelikle işletme sahipleri çok suratsızdı, ilgi sıfırdı, saygısızlardı. 3 kişilik oda tercih ettik geldiğimizde yatak kurulmamıştı siz çıkınca yapılacak dendi biz sonradan girilmesini istemeyip 2 kişilik yatağı kabul etmemize rağmen geldiğimizde bütün eşyalarımızın yeri değiştirilmiş, yatak kurulmuştu. Odanın anahtarını yanlış verilmiş bunu söylediğimizde siz yapamamışsınız diye bir tepkiyle karşılaştık. Banyo giderlerinden yüksek rahatsız esici bir ses geliyordu. Otelin tek güzel tarafı havuzuydu ama asla memnun kalmadık önermiyoruz.
