cute place with friendly staff.

its a cute place just in the heart of Alaçatı. everything wwas perfect except an unknown smell in my room. as ı only stayed there for a night, it did not bother me that much. leaving that comment here for their sake.

Hera hotel hayalkırıklığı

Öncelikle oda ışığı çok yeteriz Duş başlığı bozuk Klozet hiç temiz değildi Kahvaltı için sadece bir gün tercih ettik çünkü kahvaltısı çok zayıftı. sabah saatlerine kadar otel çalışanlarını telefonla konuşmaları kendi aralarında sohbet etmeleri biraz can sıkıcıydı. en önemlisi suların kesik olması genel sıkıntı demelerine rağmen otel kaynaklı olması. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim. Tek olumlu yanı otelin konumu.

Oğlum ile birlikte muhteşem bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Hera butik hotel's te Ali bey ve eşine mükemmel misafirperverlikleri ve kaliteli hizmet sunumu için teşekkürler. Odamız eksiksiz ve tertemiz idi. Konaklamada kahvaltı çok önemli ve 2 günlük tatilde güne eşsiz kahvaltı deneyimi ile başladık diyebilirim. Hiç abartısız sadece bu kahvaltı için bile tercih edilebilir😋

Bu zamana kadar hiçbir otele 5 yıldız vermemiş biri olarak, özellikle Nilay Hanım'a bize butik otelde bile çok müthiş 5 yıldızlı konforu sağlaması ve lezzetli kahvaltıları için teşekkür ederim. Nezaketi ve her türlü desteği için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Otel çok temiz ve güvenilir. Merkezi bir konumda. İç mahallede otopark direkt otelin önünde olamıyor, belirli mesafede oluyor ancak genel bu seviyede. Sokak sakin ancak kısa mesafede merkezi her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Biz çok memnun kaldık eşimle.

房間很乾淨舒服，沒有異味，衛浴乾溼分離有抽風機。唯一的缺點是隔音不好，除此之外都很棒。

Samimi, temiz ve sıcak bir ortam

Öncelikle işletmecileri çok samimi ve içten insanlardı her türlü isteğimizi anında karşıladılar. Otel zaten tertemizdi. Otelin bulunduğu konum alaçatı çarşısının içinde, her yere çok yakındı. Kahvaltıda hem menemen hem sahanda yumurta verilmesi ayrıca güzeldi. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Das personal war insgesamt freundlich, das Hotel an sich lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur, das Bad ist verkalkt, Klopapier nur auf Nachfrage und dann noch verdrecktes. Von Handtüchern und zimmerreinigung auch keine Spur. Das „economy“ Zimmer liegt im Keller neben dem Waschraum, ohne Fenster, ohne Schränke aber dafür modrige Luft und verkalkte Armaturen. Auch beim Frühstück wurde kein Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Insgesamt lässt sich sagen: wer zentral in Alacati in einem butik Hotel bleiben will, ist hier richtig. Wer aber kein verschimmeltes Klopapier oder dreckige Trinkgläser mag sollte die Finger davon lassen.
