Good spot to base yourself.

This was a very good spot for a family stay. Plenty of room. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the room in English or French for the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. It was an easy bus trip into the city centre and easy access to main motorways.

Everything was ok except that I woke up in the middle of the night (around 4 in the morning) by a sound like coming from either a hair dryer or a fan or water tubes, something in the house. This happened 3 times and it lasted for a couple of minutes every time. I was in room 501. I didn't sleep after that.

Fine for business stay or one night

Room was perfectly adequate, we were only staying for one night en route back to Caen. It is situated next to a hospital in more of business estate so quite a drive back into Renne centre. Had a small kitchen and tea & coffee facilities so good for anyone wanting to be more self contained and as there was no restaurant apart from breakfast, either eat first or take something in! No air conditioning working, beds hard, good shower and bathroom. Breakfast and parking charged in addition to room rate.
