Bonjour monsieur, Nous avons pris connaissance de votre notation suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous sommes désolé, nous n'avons pas vu votre demande. Cependant à votre arrivée , nous aurions pu modifier votre chambre si celle ci ne corresponde pas à votre demande. Nous regrettons que nos prestations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes.
