The Space:
This 2nd floor corner condo has 2-bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with a stunning pool and ocean view. The primary bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a double bed. The full kitchen and dining area are equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, stove and oven, pots and pans, dishes and coffee maker and drinking water. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove and pots, pans, dishes and coffee maker. Mini-split air conditioners and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Patios have seating.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the pool, gym, Putting green/Mini-golf, Pickleball and other amenities in the development. An elevator as well as washers and dryers are available for guests use.
The Neighborhood:
Beach dining is close by at Chacala beach if you care to have a nice fresh catch of Dorado (Mahi mahi) or Huachinango (red snapper) or giant shrimp for lunch or dinner. For shopping, dining and open market as well as doctor or dentist, La Penita is a short drive (15 to 20 minutes). Vista Encantada has kilometers of walking paths throughout the development including paths down to our seasonal waterfall. Take a walk or rent one of our mountain bikes or work out in the gym or swim laps in our big beautiful pool for some exercise. If you want to just relax, this is the place. You can lounge by the pool, nap in a hammock under the trees, have a massage in your condo or just sit on your balcony and watch the whales.
Getting Around:
Currently, it is best to rent a car when flying in to the Puerto Vallarta airport.
Other Things to Note:
From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road. Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, etc is about a 20 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available most of the time on site and if not, our property manager is available for guests when needed.
