Rooms are spotless and staff are so kind and friendly. This hotel maintains high standards for service. This is my second time staying here and I plan on coming back. It’s quieter, more luxuries and there is ample privacy. The food is wonderful. So fresh and delicious. One comment is that the dinner restaurants are not as delicious as the lunch and breakfast buffets. The attention to detail is also immaculate. The resort is also so beautiful and really focuses on marrying nature, modern architecture and Mayan traditions. Love this hotel.

Not much of food options. We were there in 2024 and they had baffe every night but now you have to make reservations for dinner every night.

Overall, great resort, and loved the location and peaceful getaway. One thing that was a little annoying was that the bathroom did not have simple, basic fixtures for towels or amenities. It was always interesting to figure out where to put my stuff in the bathroom.

Staff and cleanliness were very good including room service. Reducing one star as it was lacking range of food and few sport amenities
