The Space:

Welcome to our luxurious home located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, Mendoza. This incredible property features 9 spacious bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a large living space to accommodate up to 27 guests.



If you rent our accommodation, you get two hours of daily cleaning included to keep your kitchen and bathrooms sparkling clean, as well as your beds made!



We also offer to take your grocery orders, stock your refrigerator, or light the fire for your barbecue!



The main house has several social spaces, from a huge double-height living room with fireplace, next to a large dining room. Next to these areas, we find an excellent barbecue with TV, oven, and additional kitchen area, with space to accommodate all diners. Within this space, the environment is integrated with a deep, sun-filled pool.



A jacuzzi has just been added by the swimming pool, for you to enjoy its climatized water in summer as in winter.



The park is full of perfectly maintained trees and bushes for playing and having fun outdoors. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the cold winters and also many indoor games and a 4-person arcade.



Most beds are fresh new king size, that can be adapted according to the needs of the guests, whether they are traveling in large groups or couples.



The house has a very comfortable parking area that can accommodate 6 or more cars.



Despite being a quiet and safe neighborhood, it also has CCTV with several cameras around the park and the entrance for your peace of mind.



With its elegant design and modern amenities, our house offers the perfect retreat for families, friends or colleagues looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of the most picturesque regions of Argentina.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

Getting Around:

Chacras de Coria offers several transit options for travelers to and from Mendoza Airport and Valle del Uco.



For transportation to and from Mendoza Airport, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.



Other Things to Note:

We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
