Above Vercorin, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, traffic calmed area, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 750 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, west facing position. Private: large terraced garden with lawn, natural garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. 30 m long narrow motor access (mountain road, ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Width of access road: 220 cm. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 500 m, grocery 600 m, shopping centre 13 km, restaurant 380 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Poste" 560 m, indoor swimming pool 22 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de Saillon" 43 km, lake de Géronde 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, gondola lift 750 m, ski rental 550 m, children's ski school, ice rink, children's playground 800 m.
