Privileged environment not far from the banks of the Saône, literally "cut off from the world" in an unusual & exotic setting. A real little "green setting" nestled close to shops & services as well as the historic & pedestrian heart of Chalon. Labeled "City of Art and History", the Burgundian city has a very rich heritage (half-timbered houses, towers and turrets, fortifications and bastions, Saint Vincent cathedral, former episcopal palace, Italian theater "the Piccolo", chapel of the Saint-Laurent island hospital…) & a level of cultural and leisure facilities of very high quality. Small bright apartment of very good comfort. Warm contemporary cachet. Soft & very zen cozy atmosphere. Pleasant enclosed, lawned and vegetated garden (shared with the other gite in the house) nestled at the back of the house. Charming intimate small private terrace, shaded & vegetated, nestled out of sight.
