Very quiet neighborhood, set back about twenty meters from the street, making it truly peaceful.

A Carrefour Contact is just across the street, and 500 meters away is a G20 supermarket and two bakeries. The city center is less than a 10-minute walk away.

And if you're coming for an event at the Capitole, it's a 5-minute drive via the expressway.
