The apartment is sold without parking, although a car is not essential thanks to its central location.

The Location:

Located on the prestigious Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi, the apartment enjoys one of Chamonix's most convenient locations. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is just a one-minute walk away, while the bustling pedestrian centre, with its restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets and shops, is only three minutes on foot.

Chamonix Sud bus station is approximately two minutes from the apartment, providing regular services to all of the valley's ski areas as well as connections throughout the region. The nearby train station also offers free travel within the valley using the included Carte d'Hôtes.

As the apartment is situated in the heart of Chamonix, a vehicle is not necessary during your stay. Everything you need is within easy walking distance or accessible by public transport. Please note that the apartment is sold without parking.

Adventure begins just outside your door. The world-famous Aiguille du Midi cable car transports visitors to an altitude of 3,842 metres, offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and access to the legendary Vallée Blanche ski descent.

Please note that, due to the property's central location, some noise may be experienced during busy periods of the season.

The Details:

This beautifully presented 69m² apartment has been thoughtfully designed to maximise both comfort and functionality. The spacious open-plan living area is flooded with natural light and opens onto a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains and town.

The luxurious master suite features a king-size bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom complete with a cast-iron roll-top bath positioned to enjoy views towards Mont Blanc, alongside a large walk-in shower and WC. All three bedrooms have direct balcony access, while the en-suite bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating for added comfort.

Bedrooms two and three can be configured as either king-size doubles or twin beds, providing flexibility for families or groups of friends.

Guests can enjoy high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, making it ideal for streaming, remote working or simply staying connected.

Exclusively available to guests is a private 15m² lockable basement storage room, offering secure space for skis, snowboards, climbing equipment or up to six bicycles. A washer/dryer is also located within the storage room for added convenience.



What's Included:

Self-catered bookings include bed linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If additional linen is required to accommodate maximum occupancy using a sofa bed (where applicable), a supplementary linen fee of €25 applies.

The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides each guest with a Carte d'Hôtes. This complimentary guest card includes free travel on local trains within the Chamonix Valley, together with discounts on selected attractions and museums.

Standard check-in is between 4:00pm and 8:00pm, with check-out by 10:00am. Late arrivals may incur an additional charge.

Where pets are permitted, dogs are welcome at €15 per dog, per night. Cats are not permitted in Alpes Agency properties.



Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment card provided 30 days prior to arrival, and you will receive an email reminder beforehand.

The local tourist tax of €4.60 per adult, per night is payable in addition to the accommodation cost.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

A refundable €250 damage deposit will be pre-authorised on the day of arrival and released following a satisfactory inspection after check-out.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
