Apartment Grand Beausite is situated on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with a lift. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with sofa bed, TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and stove and washing machine. There is one bedroom containing a double bed and ample storage. There is one bathroom with a WC, shower and basin. The apartment also benefits from a beautiful view of Le Brevent ski area and the use of a swimming pool facing the Mont Blanc massif during the summer months between July and August. Please note parking is not included with the apartment however the St Michel car park is only a couple of minutes away.

Apartment Grand Beausite benefits from a central Chamonix location, on the pedestrianised high street but facing the Brevent ski area behind. Numerous popular cafés, bars and restaurants are within a 2 minute walk and there is an excellent bakery just a 5 minute walk away. For those arriving by train or wishing to use it to explore the Chamonix Valley, there is a station also within a convenient 5 minute walk from the apartment. The bus stop for the free bus service, giving access to all the ski areas within the Chamonix Valley is also just a few minutes walk. A fantastic and convenient central location for anyone looking to make the most of everything Chamonix has to offer.

What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for 2 guests (25 euro per stay supplement for the sofa bed pack), end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.

Bel appartement en plein centre de Chamonix

Bel appartement bien équipé et aménagé avec gout en plein centre de Chamonix, sur la rue piétonne. Convient bien a un couple qui souhaite passer quelques jours dans cette ville. Malheureusement la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine de la résidence. Mags a été ponctuelle et présente pour répondre à toutes nos questions et toujours dans la bonne humeur et avec le sourire. L'absence de place de parking avec l'appartement oblige à trouver des solutions alternatives pour garer son véhicule. Je recommande l'emplacement et la qualité de cet appartement.
