The apartment is also just a few minutes from the main Chamonix bus stop, which connects the entire valley and gives guests access to ski areas such as Le Brévent, Les Houches, La Flégère, Les Grands Montets and Le Tour. The apartment is also only short walk from both the Mont Blanc express train (5 mins to the Aiguille du Midi stop and 10 mins to the Central Chamonix station).
With supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and après-ski bars on your doorstep, you won’t need a car to enjoy everything Chamonix has to offer. However, for added convenience, Apartment Payot includes secure underground parking.

The Details:
Apartment Grand Payot is located on the first floor of a peaceful, modern residence and is accessible by stairs. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, four ring hob, Ninja oven, alongside a comfortable living area that opens onto the wraparound balcony. This outdoor space provides the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening dining while enjoying panoramic views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks.
The cosy bedroom features a large double bed, ample wardrobe space just off the main hallway. The bathroom includes a shower/bathtub combo, modern basin and WC. A ski locker and secure garage parking for one vehicle are also included, adding convenience to your mountain getaway.

What’s Included:
Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on standard occupancy. If using the sofa bed and additional linen is required, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. Rates include end-of-stay cleaning and the taxe de séjour (local tourist tax), which provides a Carte d’Hôtes for free access to local trains and discounts at attractions.

Payment Terms and Cancellation:
To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required. The remaining balance will be charged automatically 30 days before arrival. You’ll be notified via email before the charge.

• Within 30 days of arrival: non-refundable
A €250 damage deposit will be pre-authorised on your arrival day and released after departure, subject to property inspection.
