Enjoy an action-packed holiday in Argentiere from the Appartement Grand Roc 2- 241! This apartment can sleep 5 people and makes the perfect base for alpine adventures all year round.
Tucked under the wooden eaves, with pieces of traditional mountain furniture, the apartment is warm and welcoming. Accessed through a staircase, this second-floor apartment features an open-plan living/dining area with the kitchen stretching around the corner. The seating area is furnished with a sofa, antique sideboard and a flat-screen TV. Next to the sofa is an attractive dining table with benches and chairs for 5. The wooden fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine.

Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom has 2 single beds
Extra: Living room has double sofa.

Please note that access to this second-floor apartment is via a steep, narrow spiral staircase located inside the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. The exterior stairs are open-plan and lead to the building\'s entrance.
Location
The apartment is in the heart of the village of Argentière, close to the forest, but just a short walk from all the amenities and 3 minutes from the cable car for Les Grands Montets skiing area. The nearby slopes are ideal for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger children, the famous Panda Club ski school is only a 6 minute walk.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, the choice of activities is endless; stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing and horse riding.
The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. For self-catering, Argentière’s weekly market is on Sunday mornings (in season) for the freshest local produce. Chamonix’s market, Place du Mont Blanc (12 minute drive), takes place every Saturday morning throughout the year.
Geneva airport is a 1.5 hour drive from the apartment. Argentière railway station for the Mont-Blanc-Express is only a 6 minute walk away.
