A funky studio apartment, in the heart of Chamonix, close to everything you might want for a perfect holiday all year round.
On the first floor of a smart new development, this apartment sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. The living area is lit by a large window, with a glass door that leads onto a private balcony, where there is a table and chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Indoors, the sitting area has a comfortable sofa, plus a flat-screen tv and a chest of drawers. The neat dining table and chairs are next to the open-plan kitchenette, which is well equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and an american style coffee machine.
Sleeping
There is a bunk bed tucked into a corner of the living area and the sofa opposite converts into a double bed.
Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the Brevent ski lift. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Chamonix’s ice-skating rink is close by, just an 8-minute walk.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment.
For something more relaxing, the Chamonix Yoga Festival (July) brings together yoga practitioners from across the world for a series of workshops, both indoors and out in the fresh mountain air.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 12 minutes drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Mont Blanc railway station is just 10 minutes walk.
