In the heart of the Moussoux district, along the banks of the Arve river, this recently renovated 120sqm chalet will be your haven of peace whatever the season. You'll love the view of Mt Blanc from the garden or terrace, the warmth of the pellet stove in the living room, the TV room upstairs and the fully-equipped kitchen. All that's left to do is enjoy the peace and quiet and its ideal location between the heart of Chamonix and Lac des Gaillands. Welcome home!

The ground floor of this property is arranged as follows:
- 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160) and the other with 2 single beds (90)
- Bathroom 1 (shower, washbasin)
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue, etc)
- Living/dining room
- Terrace with BBQ + Ski locker

The chalet is ideally situated between the heart of Chamonix, with its year-round dynamism, and the Lac des Gaillands. You'll find there hiking trails, a popular climbing spot, accrobranche (tree climbing) and plenty of places to enjoy the surrounding countryside. The perfect setting in the heart of the valley.
On the ski side, you'll be close to the ski lifts, with Le Brévent just 1km away. Accessible by car or shuttle.
After all that, all you have to do is enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden and the BBQ on the terrace in season.

In terms of public transports, the Moussoux TER train station is just a short walk away, as is the bus and shuttle service (Pecles Moussoux).

Travellers by car can park in front of the chalet, or in the parking spaces at the entrance to the private driveway.

To discover the rest of the region by car, you should allow 30/40 minutes for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.

The chalet was perfect for two families, including 4 young teenagers. The snug on the first floor was perfect. The chalet was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. Also, a fantastic location.
