As well as its location, you'll appreciate the queensize bedding, the superb view, especially of the Brevent, and the proximity to public transport, so you can visit the rest of the valley free of charge by bus or train, thanks to our guest cards.

This apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, comprises the following rooms:

> Living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) opening onto the living room, offering breathtaking views in all seasons. Dining area for 2pax.
> Bathroom with shower and washbasin
> Bedroom with queen-size bed, from which you can also enjoy the view

During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter periods. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Located in the heart of Chamonix, 100m from the town hall, you can enjoy the year-round dynamism of this renowned mid-mountain village.
Rue des Moulins, with its lively restaurants and terraces along the Arve, is also just 50m away.

Its ideal location, much sought-after by all travelers, means you can explore Chamonix by walking, and easily get to the train station or various bus stops, giving you even faster access to the rest of the valley than you would by car.
Unfortunately, we don't have any private parking lots, so if you come with your car you'll have to consider surroundings public parking solutions, which are often not free (aprox 15€/day) but secure.
Please note that the Balmat square is pedestrianized, so you'll need to park temporarily while you unload your luggage before parking elsewhere.

This apartment offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access. The front desk is open around the clock.
