When confronted with 5 times false listing statements that the property was “ski-in/ski-out” Management Company admitted “it is not technically 'Ski-in/Ski-out” But refused us any refund/relocationListing Subtitle: “Ski-in/ski-out access, near Chamonix - Planpraz Ski Lift”Line below Title: blue circle with a diamond in the center states:“Ski access: A rare find-hit the slopes directly from your doorstep!”3 additional times “ski-in/ski-out” is listed as a feature of the propertyThe property is a 20 to 30 minute walk in street shoes on ungroomed snow/ice covered trail or a 33 euro taxi ride each way to the nearest free ski busManagement Company insisted that:“"Explore the area" section, the property is located 3 minutes by car (or shuttle) from the nearest ski lifts.” language exempted them from acknowledging that staying slope-side, as the listing promises, eliminates the need to drive to a ski lift and allows you to ski-in/ski-out of your accommodation each morning/lunch/evening-SadFirst, in a completely ineffective effort to accommodate us, you state:“The Route: Walk about 5-10 minutes to the Les Praz Poste or Les Praz Flegere stop.
