This charming mazot is a real cocoon for taking refuge in the middle of nature after the many activities on offer in the valley, while remaining close to the centre of Chamonix. You'll particularly appreciate the kitchen facilities, terrace with views, queen-size bed and bath to make the most of your stay. For the more sporty, there is a hiking trail that takes you to the mountains in just a few steps. Parking included. Welcome home!
Decorated and furnished in mountain style, the entire mazot is at your disposal.
You'll find a comfortable living room (TV, WIFI) as well as a dining area and a fully-equipped open kitchen. From the living room, you'll access a mezzanine with a 160cm bed (80cm high ceiling - 20cm skylight without blinds, but not very bright). Please note that the ladder is not suitable for young children. A bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet completes the interior.
Outside, you'll enjoy a large terrace with dining area and deckchair to take in the view of the Brevent mountain range on the other side of the valley. Free parking is available in the shared parking lot.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Parc de la Yagire is a small, quiet condominium at the entrance to Chamonix, at the foot of the Mont Blanc range, made up of small chalets called “Mazot” in Savoie. It's the perfect balance between authentic mountain living and modern comfort.
From the residency there is a small footpath that can take you straight into the mountains, perfect for hikers. Although vehicles are recommended, you can also walk to Chamonix town center in 15 minutes to take advantage of its year-round dynamism.

A parking space is at your disposal. Ideally, you should bring your own car, which makes things much easier. But it's also possible to walk to and from the town center (more difficult in winter if there's a lot of snow). 20min walk from the train station.
