As well as its ideal location, you'll appreciate the proximity of public transport and the charm of this recently-built property, which is perfectly equipped for a stay with friends and family. All you have to do is enjoy the view and the sunshine from your terrace. Parking included. Welcome home!
This 35sqm apartment in a quiet hamlet comprises the following rooms:
> Entrance / Hallway (shoe dryer)
> Living room with dining table for 4 (TV, WIFI)
> Fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave grill, glass ceramic hob, etc.)
> 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (80/190) and storage space
> Bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin)
> Covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and sunshine all year round
A ski locker (terrace) and 2 parking spaces complete this property.
Please note: construction works nearby are underway and may cause disruption Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
