Apartment of 50 m2 located 5 minutes walk from the city center, and at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, south facing, private garden in front of the apartment, separate entrance, comprising 3 rooms: large kitchen-dining room , 1 bedroom with double bed, a large living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet (possibility of a cot and a high chair on request) and a firesuit transformable mattress for a child.
As a result of an order from the municipality of Chamonix, open fireplaces must no longer be used because of pollution. So the fireplace in the living room becomes a fireplace only decorative.
There is no parking attached to the apartment, but the possibility of parking nearby.
