**The Location**

Chalet Diard is located in a quiet residential area of Les Pèlerins, offering a tranquil setting while remaining close to Chamonix’s main attractions. The ski bus stop is just a short walk away, providing quick and easy access to all major ski areas, including Brévent, Flégère, and Les Houches.

For those travelling by car, the Brévent lift is around five minutes away, while Flégère and Les Houches can be reached in approximately ten minutes. Grands Montets is about a 20-minute drive. The centre of Chamonix is less than a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk, where you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Local walking and cycling trails can also be accessed directly from the chalet, making it an excellent base for both winter sports and summer adventures.

Self-catered bookings with **Alpes Agency** include:

**Payment Terms and Cancellation**

A **10% deposit** of the total booking cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged **30 days prior to arrival**.

Cancellations made **more than 30 days before arrival** will receive a full refund. Within **30 days of arrival**, bookings become non-refundable.

A **refundable damage deposit of €1000** will be charged on arrival and released after check-out, subject to inspection.

This chalet offers its guests an arcade/game room, ski storage, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
