Facing the Mont-Blanc chain, this traditional chalet with its touch of modernity is located in Les Praz de Chamonix. Only 600 meters from the new Flégère cable car and the Golf de Chamonix, this easily accessible chalet has a closed garage and four private parking spaces.

Elegantly decorated, the ground floor has a living room with a large dining table for 8 people, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a little fire place and guest WC. Access through a bay window to the terrace with a view of Mont-Blanc equipped with its furniture and a jacuzzi for 6 people.

On the first floor, under a magnificent larch frame, the four bedrooms are equipped with high quality double beds 160 cmX200 cm and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Perfect for the trails

We had a lovely stay at Chalet Polar. It is a well-laid out chalet with four double rooms, though one is probably better suited to single occupancy - not a problem for us, as we were a family of five. The WiFi is fast, the kitchen well-appointed, and Wim is helpful and communicative. The chalet is located in Les Praz, just down the road towards Chamonix from the roundabout. 15-minute walk to town, and ideally located for the trails. Recommended.

Cozy and Comfortable Villa in the Heart of Chamonix / Les Praz!

If you're looking for a great deal, as advertised, in the heart of Chamonix / Les Praz, then this is the place to be. The Villa was extremely comfortable and perfect for larger groups of adults or families. It's very well appointed, extremely easy check in / out process, clean and cozy. We will be back!

In town for UTMB/TDS

Very much liked the property. Owner / managers very responsive to questions. Clean. Nice setting. It is a bit of walk to Chamonix on path but it's a pleasant one. And we like hanging out in Le Praz regardless and that's a pretty easy walk.
