Located in CHAMONIX, the studio is cosy, very bright and has a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room and a lovely sitting area with a sofa bed for relaxing after an intense day of skiing or summer.
It features a beautiful living room and can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). You can enjoy the BALCONY and a panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix needles to relax on beautiful alpine days.
There is a BALCONY where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture for dining while taking in the magnificent VIEW of the Mont Blanc range. A swimming pool is available in the residence during the summer (July and August).
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, you will have at your disposal: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, combined microwave oven, raclette machine, citrus press, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, television.
It is ideally located in the centre of Chamonix, a 10-minute walk from the Gaillands climbing area.
The Aiguille du Midi cable car and the Brévent cable car are just 5 and 10 minutes' walk away respectively, taking you to the mountains where you can enjoy a variety of activities including skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, paragliding, snowshoeing, ice climbing and via ferrata.
The Chamonix bus station, the Mont-Blanc Express ‘Aiguille du Midi’ train station and 3 public car parks are less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
