There are three bedrooms in Coin des Drus apartment, the spacious master bedroom and the other two bedrooms have double beds and lead out on to a balcony. There is a family bathroom and additional toilet plus an ensuite off the second double bedroom. There is an additional 4th sleeping area with bunk beds that can be used for kids if required. The spacious open plan living room with large TV is perfect for relaxing in after a long day in the mountains. This luxury Chamonix property comes with a well equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking up a storm with full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine. The dining table, which seats 8 people, is situated next to the full size patio doors lets you dine in style with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc massif. The apartment has been newly built and has been furnished to the highest standards but provides a home from home feel so that you can relax as soon as you walk through the door.

The exceptional wrap around balcony provides stunning views of both sides of the valley including Flegere, the Aiguille du Midi & Mont Blanc and Les Drus and is perfect for an afternoon aperitif while taking in the views. If you like to play golf then this apartment is perfectly located with the first tee of the Chamonix golf club just across the road. Spacious apartment, perfect location

Second stay in the Coin des Drus Apartment, first time with family, this time with friends. The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated and has the perfect location. Walking distance to the Flegere cable car, (ski) bus stop, train station, restaurants and Le Petit Social après-ski bar. Fresh bread and pastries from the little "Epicerie" every morning. The underground parking and private ski and bootroom are very handy. If you want to go to Chamonix, public transport is quick and easy if you don't want to get the car out of the garage. Would definitely consider a third time if we return to the Chamonix valley.

Gorgeous apartment

Super apartment with great views. Well appointed kitchen and great AV setup. Chamonix All Year staff were really responsive to a couple of minor problems that came up during the stay. We’d definitely rent again.

Wonderful apartment with fantastic views!

Apartment was very comfortable with high quality fittings throughout. We enjoyed the balconies both at breakfast and late afternoon. Great location in Les Praz close to good restaurants. Loved Le Petit Social and Le Paradis de Praz. Used the train for walks all along the Chamonix valley. Walked from the apartment too, one day to Le Chappeau and another day to Montenvers. We will be back 😊

Chamonix valley perfection

First class from the minute we arrived. Location ideal for summer trail (high and low) access, easy and very pleasant 30min walk to chamonix centre. 5mins from the train station, with free access up and down the valley courtesy of chamonix all year. Fast response for any assistance (we needed a baby chair, it was delivered instantly). Highly recommend, book before someone else does :)

Great holiday flat in peaceful location

We are really happy to have found Coin des Drus - it is a cosy, bright and well equipped flat (comfy beds, great showers) and a sunny terrace with glorious views. Easy to hop onto the bus into Chamonix centre, or it's a quick walk along the river. An added bonus was the underground car park. The little epicerie nearby sells delicious bread and various other essentials, but for a big shop we went to Carrefour market on the main road into Chamonix. From the flat it's a quick drive to Argentiere (go and see the glacier by walking about an hour from the top of the cable car) and the Col des Montets if you want to do walks without the crowds. Also the flat is a two minute walk from the Flegere cable car - amazing views/walks from up there too. A fabulous week and I am certain we will be back.

Idyllic Alpine family holiday

It is hard to find any criticism at all of this modern, comfortable and practical appartment in such a stunning accessible location in this premier alpine resort. With secure underground parking/storage and the local railway station and bus stops being only 100 metres from the front door, there is no need to drive anywhere. There is a local cable car lift a little further away and local shops and restaurants/bars within an easy stroll. Chamonix centre is minutes away using the free Guest Card on the frequent trains and buses which also can take visitors anywhere along the whole valley. The appartment itself is one of 10 in a large chalet on the first floor with access by lift/stairs. It is in a quiet and calm position with open views from the balconies to the magnificent mountains on all sides. Comprehensively furnished and equipped in an open-plan style, the accommodation is convenient and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen have good quality fixtures and fittings in a very up-to-date style. The bedrooms are cosy with comfortable beds and lots of storage. Our only difficulty was figuring out how to use the oven settings and we needed to refer to a 'Youtube' video guide because the English instructions in the written guide were incomplete - A relatively minor issue. Apart from that, the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We are already looking forward to returning again very soon.

Un tres bel appartement, point d amelioration : mettre un rideau dans la salle de bain pour le vis a vis avec la route, une housse de couette a la taille de la couette, des couverts supplementaires (couteau fouchette cuillere) pour eviter l usage du lave vaisselle a chaque repas. Tres fonctionnel, calme et lumineux.

Un appartement remarquable

Cet appartement était incroyable sur tous les plans. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été ébahis par la propreté du logement et ses équipements: la vaisselle a été particulièrement appréciée (tasses peintes à la main, assiettes élégantes et originales...). Des produits de base sont à disposition dans la cuisine, incluant du sel, des huiles, des dosettes de café, du thé - quelques dosettes de machine à laver également. Le salon était parfait pour lounger: canapé confortable, TV moderne avec connexion bluetooth possible, jeux de société... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les chambres avec une très bonne literie et des placards spacieux. Mention spéciale à l'une des chambres qui disposait d'une petite terrasse privée avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Petit bémol par contre côté suite parentale que nous avons trouvé un peu petite pour deux. Très belles salles de bain, modernes et fonctionnelles. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement à des groupes d'ami.e.s ou des familles qui souhaitent profiter de Chamonix et de ses environs dans un appartement cozy.

Hemos estado disfrutando con la familia una semana de este maravilloso apartamento y no tenemos nada malo que decir. Todo lo contrario, la limpieza, cada detalles, la comodidad, la decoración, esas camas grandes y súper cómodas. Hemos estado tan a gusto que podriamos haber pasado 1 mes como si estuvieramos en casa. Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely apartment, good location for the flegere lift but quite a way out of town. Was very spacious and clean, some beds were very short and no blankets and thin duvets. Blankets would be nice and oven gloves. We cooked in the kitchen once and it isn't really set up for regular cooking so was good we went out but then there isn't the space to store numerous items. We loved the balcony around the apartment and loved being able to use the spacious garage. Thank you

Our second stay cemented our view that this property is excellent in every respect and it is extremely difficult to find anything significant to be critical about. The owners have succeeded in equipping and furnishing this top-quality apartment to the highest standard they were aiming for. As far as we can see, no little detail to make the stay care free has been forgotten.

Location, excellent comfort and home feeling

The apartment is very well equipped with all you need during for your vacation, from coffee machine to laundry machine. Also there are a space in the underground garage for two cars, but without roof rack due to low ceiling. The ski lifts are just up to 5 min on foot away. The interior is very lovely with quality materials and gives you home feeling. One thing - do not leave shoes outside the apartment, we got missed one pair..
