## Logement
The studio, with an area of 27 m 2, is ideal for a couple or a solo traveler. It has:
- a double bed (160x200) comfortable, installed in a bright living space, well thought and friendly. You will find a warm atmosphere, perfect for resting after a day in the mountains;
- of a functional shower room;
- and a fully equipped kitchen.

The flat has a balcony on the street side and a communal outdoor area in front of the entrance, allowing you to enjoy the pure air of the Alps and moments of relaxation outdoors, facing the exceptional landscapes of the Mont-Blanc.

Access is simple and on one level, with the station and shops within walking distance. Public parking is available nearby (subject to availability), for those who come by car.

You will have at your disposal everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave for your meals on the go, as well as a washing machine for extended stays. A hairdryer is also available.
