This late 18th-century mountain farmhouse has been regularly renovated and is ideally located between Argentière and Le Tour to take advantage of the best sunshine and snow in the valley. You'll particularly appreciate the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom, the views from the balcony and the cosy living areas. Close to the Le Tour and Grands Montets ski areas, yet in a quiet hamlet, ideal for families. Welcome home!


This 160sqm property is spread over 3 levels, starting with the ground floor as follows:
> Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, raclette, microwave, etc) with access to the terrace and dining area (6pax)
> Dining room (8 people) with reading area
> Guest toilet
On the 1st floor you will find:
> Living room with TV, small study and bar/kitchenette
> Balcony with breathtaking views
> Master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom (sauna, shower, bath, washbasin, WC)

Chalet located in the charming Montroc hamlet, halfway between Le Tour and Argentière (1.5km). Particularly sought-after location, with some of the best sunshine and snow in the valley.
Magnificent hiking trails are just a few meters away. You'll feel in the heart of nature, despite the proximity of essential shops open all year round in Argentière (5min). All you have to do is enjoy the view and this quiet area.


Montroc SNCF train station and bus stop 250m away. This means you can easily reach the rest of the valley free of charge to take advantage of the various ski areas and Chamonix's year-round dynamism (15/20min).
The nearest ski areas are Grands Montets and Le Tour, both 5 minutes away by car/transport.
For those travelling by car, there is 1 parking space in the garage and another just in front. Additional options in the immediate vicinity.
