The accommodation
A charming chalet set in a renovated former farmhouse in the heart of the residential Bossons district of Chamonix.
This accommodation is every bit as good as a chalet! Nestled in an old Savoyard farmhouse, it has been tastefully renovated with elegance and comfort, while respecting the local architecture. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the peaceful Bossons neighborhood, the apartment offers a safe, traffic-free environment, ideal for letting children play outside in complete peace of mind.
An unusual and friendly layout
The accommodation consists of two separate areas.
Initial access is made through the games room, located above the old barn, is independent and comprises a small entrance hall, a games room with a pool table, darts and a TV corner, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds (double bed on the bottom, single bed on top) and a bathroom with a laundry room.
Large bay windows offer breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif—a perfect space for children or teenagers looking for independence!
An outdoor walkway then leads you to the main part of the chalet: a cozy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances for sharing good meals, a living room around the fireplace, and a relaxation area with a projector screen. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is also located on this level.
Upstairs, under the exposed beams:
A master suite with king-size bed (180x200), panoramic mountain views, plenty of storage space, and a bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.
A second double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and private shower room.
Outside and amenities
A terrace with a jacuzzi and barbecue awaits you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and exceptional views.
A garage, parking for up to 3 cars, an electric vehicle charging station, and a ski room complete the comfort.
Close to nature and amenities
Located 3.5 km from the center of Chamonix, the chalet is easily accessible by bike in summer thanks to the cycle path in front of the property. The Bossons bus stop (350 m) offers regular daytime and nighttime connections to the ski areas, hiking trails, and attractions in the valley.

Les Bossons is a residential area about 4km away from the center of Chamonix. The chalet is located on a quiet street with only local trafic, directly on the cycling path leading into Chamonix. Plenty of space for kids to run around safely.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on the main street less than 500m from the chalet that can take you anywhere you wish. In season, it's recommended to use the bus network as parking at the bottom of the piste can be tricky. A car is recommended
