Besoin de rénovation dans cet appartement

Location bien situĂ© au cƓur de Chamonix. Juste pour 3 personnes dont 1 enfant.Des travaux Ă  faire : Plan de travail trĂšs dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©, moisissures dans la salle de bain dĂ©gageant des odeurs dĂ©sagrĂ©ables.Vaisselle un peu insuffisante. Un micro onde serait bien venu.

It was good value for money in Chamonix. Quiet building with plenty of hot water, communal areas were clean and tidy. Easy to get to the centre of Chamonix on foot and some good restaurants close by. The cleaning done before my arrival was not very particular so this needs to improve (tomato sauce on dining table, hair in corner of bath) It would make a lot of sense to have a shower screen to stop the shower spraying on the floor. Bed linen provided had old blood spots on them, shaving?

Points positifs: Bien situĂ©, prĂšs du tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique de l'Aiguille du Midi, quartier sympa et animĂ©. Apparemment calme (sauf le bruit de la riviĂšre) Clair et ensoleillĂ© avec super vue sur le Mont Blanc. L'agence a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©active lorsqu'il manquait des choses. Parking inclus, trĂšs pratique Ă  Chamonix. Points nĂ©gatifs: Appartement un peu vieillot Mezzanine trop prĂšs du plafond. Les poĂȘles auraient besoin d'ĂȘtre changĂ©es. Appartement beaucoup trop petit pour 4 alors qu'il est louĂ© comme tel.
