A large living/dining room with access to a large balcony and views of the Mont Blanc range;

A large double bedroom with a 160cm double bed and direct access to a bathroom with shower, washbasins and separate WC.
- 2nd floor mezzanine:
Bedroom with single bed, pull-out bed and a shower room, WC and washbasin.
