Modern and cosy chalet a short walk from the centre of Chamonix
Chalet Deutz is located in a quiet area of Chamonix town, offering splendid views of the Mont Blanc range.
This modern and cosy chalet has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and 12 from this summer.
It is laid out over three floors as follows:
On the garden level, there is a winter entrance hall with a ski room, a games/TV room, a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a summer entrance hall leading to an open-plan living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a guest toilet.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
This chalet features a lovely terrace and a large garden, which will be equipped this summer to include an outdoor kitchen, sauna, nordic bath, outdoor shower, petanque and ping-pong table. Outside, in a charming traditional mazot, there will be an additional master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
A carport for 3 cars completes the amenities of this chalet.
Chalet Deutz is ideally situated just a 10-minute walk from Chamonix town centre.
