You’ll appreciate its quiet location, yet close to the lively downtown area of Chamonix.
You’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the mountains.
You’ll be a 15-minute walk from the bus station and local buses, as well as 20 minutes from downtown and its shops, bars, restaurants, and more.


This 120-square-meter chalet is ideal for family vacations (and get-togethers with friends!) and is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A large, fully equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.) with a dining area.

- a living/dining room with a second dining area, sofas, a TV, fiber-optic internet, and a fireplace perfect for winter evenings.

Upstairs:
- a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, vanity area, and a work area for our hardworking travelers, a queen-size bed, and direct access to the balcony
- a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and corner bathtub for relaxing after a day of skiing
- a second bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers
- a third bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds) and plenty of storage space
- a terrace and a small garden area

And as a bonus:
- a locked garage with storage space for ski gear
- two parking spaces included

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Chamonix Sud, this accommodation is ideally situated for enjoying everything the valley has to offer while still enjoying a peaceful setting.

Just a 15-minute walk away, you’ll have easy access to downtown Chamonix, with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment, as well as the Chamonix Sud area, the starting point for many activities and the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car.

The neighborhood offers a pleasant and relaxing setting, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Nearby, you’ll also find walking trails along the Arve River, perfect for strolling or running amidst nature.

In both winter and summer, the location is ideal: quick access to ski areas, hiking trails, and transportation to explore the entire valley. A perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the lively town center.

A garage and two parking spaces are included for the convenience of our guests with vehicles.

The chalet is:
- a 15-minute walk from the Chamonix bus station, served by numerous buses connecting you to Lyon, Annecy, Geneva, Courmayeur, Milan, etc., as well as the “Chamonix Sud” bus stop, allowing you to travel between the Les Houches ski areas (Bellevue and Prarion gondolas) or Les Praz (La Flégère gondola)
- about a 6-minute walk from Line 2 connecting the Taconnaz Glacier, Argentières, and the Tour ski area
