Set within the stylish new Paradisa residence in the heart of Chamonix, Paradisa 302 combines alpine charm with contemporary comfort — just a short walk from the vibrant pedestrian zone filled with shops and restaurants.

The apartment features three comfortable double bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bathroom with shower and toilet and another separate toilet complete the layout, offering flexibility for families or groups.

The bright living area opens onto an expansive 25 m² south-facing balcony, offering uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc — a rare and truly breathtaking setting to enjoy breakfast, relax in the sun, or take in the alpine atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer machines are available on site for added convenience.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV in each bedroom and the living room, a ski locker with boot warmer, and two private underground parking spaces.
