The living area is spacious and well laid-out, ideal for a family of up to 6 people. There is lounge seating for 7, as well as a dining table and chairs seating 6. The kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a breakfast bar seating 4. In the comfortable living space there is a 46" smart TV with Sony surround sound which offers freesat UK channels and a DVD player with a library of DVDs. The lounge has large patio doors which open onto a good size roof top balcony, a large patio umbrella, an outdoor dining table and chairs seating 4.

There is covered parking for one car, which is located a few minutes away from the apartment (it is possible to drive very close to the apartment for dropping off luggage etc when neccessary).
