A stylish duplex, in Résidence Grand Roc Ancolies which sleeps 5 people. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, with skiing in and out of the apartment during the winter months. It is the ideal base for friends or family looking for a fun, active holiday at any time of year.
The décor is contemporary with wooden features, for a cosy alpine atmosphere. The living area is full of light thanks to large windows and a glass door leading out to the private balcony with panoramic mountain views. Back inside there is a sofa, a flat-screen TV plus a dining area, with a table for 6 people. The new, fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The first-floor bedroom is divided in half by a curtain. In one half of the room there is a double bed and in the other is a sofa BED with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: Double sofa bed in the living area sleeps two in comfort.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a full bath with a shower, basin and a separate W.C.

Location
The apartment is in an ideal location in Argentière, just a 5-minute walk from the Grands Montets cable car. The nearby slopes are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club (2-minute drive) offers ski lessons and other activities.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding.
The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. For self-catering, Argentière’s weekly market is on Sunday mornings (in season) for the freshest local produce. Chamonix’s market, Place du Mont Blanc (12-minute drive), takes place every Saturday morning throughout the year.
Geneva airport is 1 hour 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
