White Pearl A02 makes a very comfortable base for both families and small groups.

Apartment White Pearl A02 is situated on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. The apartment benefits from a generous kitchen/living/dining room and two spacious bedrooms with a flexible layout. The master room has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet, and there is a room that can be set up as a twin or double. There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment also boast a large, southwest facing balcony with table and chairs for outside dining, and mountain views. Secure underground parking with EV charger (Type 2) and a secure ski locker with boot warmers complete the property.
**Apartment Location**
One of the main benefits of the White Pearl development is that travelling with a car is not essential. The apartment is just a 3 minute walk to Chamonix Sud bus station giving you the best access to the entire valley and all of the ski areas. The walk to the pedestrianised high street is also just a 6 minutes away where you will find every amenity with superb restaurants, cafés and bars as well as supermarkets, shops and ski/board/boot hire shops. The closest lift is the he famous Aiguille du Midi, just a 3 minute walk, taking you up to 3842m and giving spectacular views of Mont Blanc and giving you access to the famous powder skiing descent, the Vallee Blanche. In summary, Apartment White Pearl is excellently located for making the most of all the attractions Chamonix has to offer.
**What’s Included**
Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.
Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.
**Payment terms and Cancellation**
To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.
If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.
