Arrived at hotel and the place was overflowing with kids—running throughout the halls, into the parking lot. Apparently there was a sports tournament in the area and all the hotels were full. We were put in a room right next to the lobby where kids were playing late into the evening and parents were drinking heavily. I asked to be moved and then for a refund and was refused both. Rude service and no concern as to our satisfaction.

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night. When I adjusted the thermostat, it adjusted without any noise or fan blowing. Quietest I’ve ever experienced. Front desk folks were pleasant and efficient.
